INVITATION TO WITNESS EduTALK Bhutan Fall Session: EduTALK Bhutan is an informal and voluntary initiative to take collective responsibility for Education by providing perspectives, insights, recommendations and inspirations so that we can co-create an education system that is resilient, responsive and flexible while serving the current needs in nation building. The main aim of these conversations is to get everyone to engage in something as important and critical as education so that we can take collective responsibility and contribute -Together forward. Panelists will share their expertise, or experience in the Bhutanese education system, their current views and beliefs and offer their recommendations to address key issues. Thoughts and opinions expressed in the conversations are solely of the panelists and moderators, and not necessarily of their employer, organization, committee or other group or individual. 24.10.2021: Opportunities to Overcome Teacher Attrition: EduTALK Bhutan is excited to host an important and urgent discussion amongst active citizens on Teacher Attrition in Bhutan. The event will bring together active citizens to discuss reasons, opportunities and way forward to overcome the increasing teacher attrition rate in Bhutan. The discussion will be hosted by Sonam Norbu, a 2021 retired teacher and he will be in conversation with active citizens from varied background. The main questions of discussion are: 1.
