We believe in providing opportunities and solutions for young people. We do not seek experiences or your certificates- what we believe at VTOB is working together to innovate, solve problems and provide consistent quality services with Trust and Integrity as a guiding principle. VTOB believes in a passion and patience driven proactive team. We are a Community Based Organization sustained and supported by our own Training Institutes and other social enterprises. VTOB’s main focus is enhancing educational engagements to nurture SMART Active citizens by providing a series of need based problem solving educational programs. We also strive to solve youth unemployment through various meaningful engagement strategies because young people need to solve their own problems before seeking to solve other problems. Since our young population is mobile and ambitious, we have a multitude of short term contract options. Some of the engagements are incentivised while few are unpaid. There’s always room for discussions. We have 1001 ways to work together and help each other- You can be an educator, a program officer, a social worker, entrepreneur, SEN Educator, IT Officer, Part Timer, intern, volunteer, Freelancer etc We will also be providing Intern and employment letters, other documents and certificates as per the guidelines we have in place. 📍Work Location: Thimphu Visit www.vtob.org to learn more about us.
