VTOB consists of 4240 members as of 9.45 PM, 23rd April. The members are volunteers comprising of DEOs, TEOs, Principals, Teachers and School Staff. This poster lists Focal Persons for 20 Dzongkhags and 4 Thromdes. Thank you all for volunteering to shoulder this extra responsibility. VTOB is a purely voluntary action group and doesn’t represent any official association or government entity. All that VTOB initiates is voluntary and VTOB strives to work towards positive change in the society, especially in the educational domain. VTOB consists of 4240 members as of 9.45 PM, 23rd April.
